All frames and glass units are manufactured in accordance with Australian Standard AS 1288.
uPVC frames and sash profiles include a 10-year warranty.
Safety glass is installed in accordance with Australian Standards.
Installation of doors and windows must be completed within 6 months from the deposit date. If this timeframe is exceeded, a variation charge may apply.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to supply relevant wind loads.
When choosing supply and fit, all existing doors and windows will be removed from site.
Doors and windows are removed by imploding the existing frames and removing the glass. Although great care will be taken to remove frames and glass as safely as possible, we take no responsibility for existing structural issues that may be worsened during removal and fitting. This includes, but is not limited to, broken tiles, damaged ceilings, damaged walls, or other issues that may occur during installation.
Window and door flashings are to be installed by the builder during the construction phase in accordance with AGWA technical guidelines.
Structural lintels that were not identified prior to fitting may result in the installation being delayed until a lintel has been fitted at your cost.
Please ensure a minimum of 1 metre next to each window or door is kept clear so the installer can safely fit your products.
Please remove all blinds, shutters, curtains, and any other window fittings before the installer arrives.
Return trips to site required to complete the quoted scope of works, including trimming and flyscreen fitting, due to circumstances outside our control, will be charged at a day rate.
All items remain the property of Solace Home Improvements until paid in full.
